Collective Minds Radiology is a health-tech startup founded in
Stockholm, Sweden in 2017. We develop and deliver a cloud-based
collaboration platform for healthcare with access to data, and
human and digital expertise. Together with our partners and
customers, we offer products and services within medical imaging
research, clinical consultation, and education.
We have customers and partners across Europe and we are growing
rapidly. As a result, we are looking for new colleagues to help us
build the world's largest healthcare collaboration platform. We
currently have 50 employees across our offices in Stockholm,
Barcelona, London/Leeds, Copenhagen and Oslo. We are looking to
strengthen our sales team with a Sales Manager - Clinical Trial.
At Collective Minds we have built an amazing contemporary
workspace (cloud platform) to perform Good clinical Practice
clinical trials. Our unique platform targets everything from
randomized prospective pharmaceutical trials to large data-driven
research projects in academia. We are experts in combining clinical
and imaging data for curation and classification to deliver clinical
results for our users.
We are looking for a person with an extraordinary drive, sales
experience, and track record of delivering results and with the
passion to take part in our journey to build a global health-tech
company that improves and makes a difference for customers,
users, and ultimately for the patient.
As Sales Manager Clinical Trial, your main focus will be on building
strong relationships with professional clinical research
organizations. You will work closely with our existing partners and
customers to ensure that our research offerings meet their needs. In
addition, you will collaborate with our product and marketing
teams to tailor our offerings towards three main customer groups,
clinical validation platform for pharma and CRO, university hospital
clinical trial units, and academic clinical research teams.. Your main
goal is to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the
clinical research market.
You love interacting with customers, creating opportunities, and
closing deals, as well as mentoring your team to excel.
You will report directly to our Sales Director/Head of Sales and be
responsible for building the sales strategy, budget, and forecast, as
well as ongoing analysis and follow-up. Representing our company

This job is ideal for someone with a successful sales track record in
clinical trial industry CRO sales or clinical data management system
sales. You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business,
Healthcare, Medicine, Biology, or a related field. You have experience collaborating with an SDR team.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority. We
are looking for someone with a result-oriented mindset and strong
analytical skills in market research and trend analysis. You also
have excellent skills in English, both written and spoken, and a
willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend
