Collective Minds Radiology is a Swedish health-tech company. Our main product is the Collective Minds Platform which is a tool for medical imaging education, research and collaboration. Collective Minds Education serves a wide range of customers, including educators in radiology and radiography at all levels in medical universities, university hospitals, radiological societies, and private educational institutions.
In Sweden, the majority of radiology residents have incorporated the Collective Minds Education Platform into their training. This includes residents from hospitals, universities, health regions, and private educators. Moreover, a growing interest in radiography education is evident. Additionally, the Collective Minds Platform is utilized by medical students from most Swedish Medical Universities as part of their undergraduate radiology education.

Product Specialist - Collective Minds Radiology AB
As a product specialist, you will be an essential part of our Customer Success team and the primary point of contact for our Education customers. Your role will involve ensuring that they are utilizing our platform to its fullest potential by providing solution design, onboarding, and continuous support. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our development team in Barcelona, offering valuable feedback and assisting with the testing of new features.
While your primary work location will be our Stockholm office in Danderyd (Mörby C), we encourage you to spend time with our customers all across Sweden to provide hands-on support and facilitate the onboarding process. Therefore, frequent travel within Sweden will be necessary.
As a part of this position, your responsibilities includes:
Support our Education customers with onboarding and solution design, help to deliver educational events and oversee the implementation of the Collective Minds Platform
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers for Collective Minds products. Utilize your knowledge in medical imaging and radiology to provide effective solutions.
Based on customer feedback and experience, contribute to defining new product improvements and features.
Responsible for visiting customers face-2-face to provide support for the onboarding and operations of Collective Minds.
Identify new opportunities by fully understanding each customer's needs and journey for which you will work closely with the commercial team.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
3+ years of experience from working with medical imaging in a clinical setting and a plus if you have experience within radiological IT.
High social and communication skills.
Good listener, keen on understanding customer’s expectations and needs.
Service minded.
