Collective Minds is looking to strengthen its sales team with an Account Manager to continue to build and develop our business – are you the one?
Responsibilities
- Your main focus will be on building strong relationships with hospitals and academia, and on a daily basis discuss how the company can support customers within research, education and clinical collaboration
- You will analyze how CMRAD can support with Healthcare Data Management, and how CMRAD as a SaaS company within Healthcare can bring partners together and collaborate on local, national and international levels
- You will identify new business opportunities and expand our presence in the Northern Europe Market
- You will work closely with our existing partners and customers to ensure that our platform meets their needs. In addition, you will collaborate with our product and marketing teams to tailor our offerings to the Healthcare sector.
- You love being out in the field to create opportunities as well as do ongoing analysis and follow-up of sales activities.
- You will report directly to our European Sales Manager and collaborate with our team to excel.
- You will be representing our company by attending relevant conferences and trade shows.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales track record from sales within the healthcare sector
- You are a Team player
- You live in Sweden, preferably within the Stockholm area
- You have a relevant academic degree (BSc, MSc. etc) in healthcare, engineering, medical physics, or a related field.
- You understand the amazing power of collaboration within healthcare, and the importance of access to real data in a safe and compliant workspace
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a result-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills in market research and trend analysis.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You have the willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
