The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Marketing Manager to define, execute, and scale our global commercial marketing function. You will lead demand generation, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution—you will be building and coaching a high-performing marketing team while directly contributing to the marketing work that generates measurable impact. The Commercial Marketing Manager will work next to the Sales Manager, SDR manager and the Customer Operations Manager and report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation & Growth: Drive and achieve the company Growth targets for all marketing driven channels. Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and partnerships. Align with sales to support pipeline creation, inbound leads, and revenue growth.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a global growth marketing strategy that drives scalable results. Be a Collective Minds ambassador in front of customers and our teams.
Team Building: Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, data-driven marketing team.
Brand & Positioning: Position our platform clearly and impactfully in the market and develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to diverse audiences, including Hospitals & Academia, MedTech & BioTech, Contract Research Organizations and collaborative research consortias.
Product & Content Marketing: Translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-centric stories and marketing assets. Gather and apply market insights to refine positioning and campaign strategies.
Marketing Operations: Establish scalable processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to optimize performance and decision-making in collaboration with the commercial ops function.
What You Bring
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in HealthTech, LifeScience, or MedTech with SaaS marketing experience considered a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead and build teams in high-growth environments (startup, scale-up, or new segment in an established business).
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
Data-driven, curious, and comfortable working in an agile environment, where data-driven, fail fast, learn, scale is part of the core team methodology.
Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
Domain knowledge in medical imaging is desired.
Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, or French are a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
