Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)/ Vice President Sales

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Vice President of Sales at Collective Minds, you will drive sales and lead our commercial teams.
You will be an essential leader during our rapid growth phase, coordinating, implementing, and driving all our revenue initiatives and activities. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with the founding and company leadership team at Collective Minds.
At Collective Minds, you will be exposed to cutting-edge medical software technology and be part of creating the next generation of global medical imaging platforms. You will be an integrated part of a passionate and fast-moving commercial, finance, and marketing team and selling a world-class global product.
Responsibilities
- Own our Go-to-Market strategy by developing and executing the company’s revenue strategy, including market penetration, customer segmentation, optimization of pricing, and product-market fit, to drive revenue growth.
- Directly manage a commercial team of leaders in Marketing, Sales Development (SDR), Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- You will Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutual success.
- Lead the commercial marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer acquisition. Drive effective marketing campaigns that generate high-quality awareness and lead to support revenue growth.
- Lead the customer success team to enhance customer retention, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer success programs and initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value.
- You will develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets and provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements to executive leadership.
Skills & qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience as a sales manager with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Experienced sales leader in a high-growth scale-up business, preferably with a focus on SaaS B2B sales, in Healthcare and/or LifeScience.
- Is hands-on when needed and a strategic thinker who can turn GTM strategies into actionable plans.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable revenue strategies and operational plans.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills that bring energy and passion to work.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in front of customers and at all company levels.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken.
Extra points
- Preference is for candidates who are based or willing to relocate to Sweden.
