Revenue/Commercial Operations Specialist
We are growing fast and are looking to strengthen our team with a Revenue/Commercial Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize our revenue and commercial operations processes.
You will work closely with the sales, finance, and marketing teams to align and facilitate communication between all revenue-generating functions. You will implement new tools and constantly optimize the sales process, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance and results. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of a B2B SaaS sales process.
Your expertise in data management, analysis, visualization, and CRM/ sales tools will be instrumental in optimizing our processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of professionals and contribute to groundbreaking projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize CRM data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Optimize the revenue and sales operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including tracking key SaaS metrics.
- Reporting of key SaaS metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer success, to identify and implement process improvements.
- Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue/sales operations
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue/sales operations or a related job.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
- Knows B2B SaaS business processes and commercial systems like HubSpot, including the ability to consume and analyze data from these platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Drive all your work in English.
- Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience of Data Analysis / BI tools such as RedShift or PowerBI.
